Please keep in mind…
We are usually unable to provide up to date turnaround information and order updates due to order volume. Any time spent responding to emails asking for order updates results in less time dedicated to getting your project done! Please keep in mind the current turnaround time windows:
16/35 color negative is currently 1-2 weeks
Reversal, black and white, and Super8 formats are currently 2-3 weeks
Scan-only projects are currently 1-2 weeks
Experimental scan-only projects or film requiring special handling can take several weeks
Archival turnarounds vary wildly by format and volume, but can take months
Keep all important communication to the email thread with your order
All time-sensitive projects must be discussed with Nicki prior to sending in
We experience extremely high demand almost constantly. We will reply to emails and other communication as we are able to respond!
SHIPPING
Ship to our office location: 3897 W. Grand Ave. Littleton, CO 80123
Use any shipping method, but we highly suggest USPS or FedEx. For time-sensitive projects please always use FedEx overnight
UPS tends to deliver very late in the day which means it can sometimes miss a processing batch! If possible, please use USPS or FedEx
Make sure you film is not sliding around in the box and that the box is taped up correctly, but other than that you do not need to wrap everything in bubble wrap
Super8 should not be taped or wrapped in any way. Just drop the naked cartridges into your box/envelope
Make sure to use the included seal for 16mm or some gaf tape so that they don’t pop open but don’t seal it with a thousand feet of gaf tape or shrink wrap your film boxes!

LOCAL DROPOFF and PICKUP
There is a self-service dropoff station at our office location. Our office is residential. This is the location we do all of our shipping, receiving, and scanning. Our wet lab location is not publicized to prevent people from walking in while processors are running!
Please fill out an online order form, print one out, or use one of the forms at the dropoff location. Forms are available in the “Order Services” dropdown

The self-service drop off is in the carport. There is a wooden table with forms
Email, call, or text to let me know it's there. The drop off is checked every day, but it’s good to let me know
For pickups using the Self Service station, let me know what day you’d like to pick up and I will simply leave your material in a bin at the station
