This form is for newly shot film material (production). We are not currently taking on archival projects or experimentally manipulated material because of long handling times and the time needed to clean the machine after running such material.

Once filled out, all you need to do is send in your film with your name on it and I’ll take care of the rest! Payment accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc. upon completion (you will receive an invoice at your email address)
