Your footage will be handled by trusted 3rd party labs until our own machines are online. These are selected carefully for quality and reliability. However, despite these best efforts some things can still happen while away. While your footage is in transit and being handled by these labs The Negative Space cannot hold any responsibility for loss of footage, damage, or mistakes made by the shipping companies or the lab.
